Where are you located?
I offer all my services online (telehealth), so we can connect wherever it’s most convenient and comfortable for you. As long as you’re in Washington, we can work together!
How long is a typical session?
Sessions are 45 minutes.
What do I do to get started?
Call today to get scheduled, and we can get started together.
What is the hourly fee?
I charge $200 per 45-minute session.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made online before your first session. All debit and credit cards are accepted and will be billed for each session.
Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not. I can provide the proper receipts so you can file for reimbursement from your insurance company.
How do I make an appointment?
Call me at (425) 269-2954 and leave a message of any length. You can also email me at akellylmhc@gmail.com.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel without being charged with a 24-hour notice. You will be charged for the session if it is less than 24 hours.
Are you LGBTQIA-friendly?
Yes! I have been an active ally in this community since I was ten years old. I’m still an advocate today and honored to do so.

I have seen all types of backgrounds, sexual orientations, and genders in my practice. All are welcome.
What can I expect in the first session?
You can expect to take some deep breaths and ready yourself for the journey back to you. You will find it to be open and inviting and not as scary as you might think.
Have you been in therapy yourself?
Yes. I cannot ask anything of you if I don’t also walk that walk.
What is the best way to get in touch with you?
Email is usually the fastest, but I also respond to text messages or calls.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, I do not, but I can refer you to a prescriber as needed.
Cats or Dogs?
Truly, I have a deep love for both. My family has a rescue problem; we have three dogs and two cats. You will probably see them in a session or two!
